Can I return an item?

📩 Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.

If you don’t see it right away, please check your spam or junk folder.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

Your parcel is first prepared by our logistics team, then shipped to France.

During this stage, your tracking status may still show “with sender” — this simply means the package is in international transit.

Once it arrives in France, our local delivery partner takes over and ensures it reaches the shipping address you provided.

🕰️ Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are delivered to the address specified at checkout, within the estimated timeframes.

⚠️ Please note: These delivery times do not include order processing time, which may vary depending on the season and order volume.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments (via Stripe). All payments are secure and processed through trusted platforms.

🔐 Do you store my payment information?

No. The Abaya Hub does not store or access any payment information (card number, bank details, etc.).

All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by our payment partners (Stripe or others), in compliance with the highest security standards.

Your banking information is securely transmitted to your financial institution and never passes through our servers.
